A Design Practice that is into its fourth year of Agile transformation made up of Researchers, Service Designers, Process Designers, UX and UI experts.


We are a collaborative team that cares deeply about our craft and building amazing experiences for our customers and our people.

Given the early stage of the practice's journey, there is a real opportunity to bring your influence and help pave the future direction of the practice.

This might be identifying new methodologies and tools to experiment with, coaching peers, or exploring gaps in our knowledge to push the traditional boundaries of both banking and design.


The role


As a Business Excellence Manager, you will help our business partners to identify, prioritise and mobilise cross-functional end-to-end business transformation projects and deliver business specific continuous improvement initiatives.

You will monitor and communicate progress and results to ensure on time delivery and benefit realisation.


You will deliver Continuous Improvement training through formal workshops, and informal "Lunch and Learn" type sessions to build Continuous Improvement skills in the business teams.

You will also coach and mentor individuals through their Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification.


You will partner with business and team leaders, role modelling a Lean, process and customer led mindset to embed the principles of Process Design and Lean Thinking into the DNA of our people.


What we are looking for


We are looking for an experienced senior level Continuous Improvement practitioner with preferably a Green Belt certification from a recognised accredited body.

You will have proven experience delivering a blend of large scale end-to-end process transformation projects and smaller more tactical Continuous Improvement initiatives within a professional services environment, with financial services experience an advantage (this is not essential).

Your consultative approach and experience partnering with business leaders will ensure your success.

The ability to communicate clearly and convincingly as well as to produce and conduct good quality visual presentations is essential.
