Your duties may include:

  • Proactively managing schedules, ensuring efficient meeting arrangements, and swiftly resolving any potential conflicts.
  • Skilfully handling expenses, client invoicing, and supporting the Consulting team with financial processes.
  • Maintaining confidential files and documents
  • Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, correspondence and other routine documents
  • Updating and maintaining vital business applications such as CRM, time management, and billing systems.
  • Liaising with other staff and actively contributing to office culture development, driving initiatives, and assisting in effective communication management.
  • Taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents
  • Developing and maintaining streamlined office systems to optimise productivity.
  • Proactively managing email and telephonic communication, maintaining records and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with fellow support team members across the organisation.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of visa files

Requirements for the role:
At least three years of proven relevant work experience or a degree qualification /overseas equivalent
High standard of communication, including written and spoken English.
Ability to work rostered shifts including in the weekend
An attention to detail but can set and adjust priorities appropriately as the environment changes.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Commitment to the task and a very high standard of integrity are required.
The successful candidates will be requested to undergo a Ministry of Justice check and a drug history check.
Two positive references
Consistent employment history in a professional environment

Minimum 30 hours a week.
