We are looking for a star Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to join our Visa Operations group in the Chief Operating Officer branch in Immigration New Zealand.

In this role you will support a busy Operations Director based at the Christchurch Visa Operations site and provide support in a pragmatic and constructive way that will enable the team to keep commitments and to achieve deliverables. You will quickly shape this role to your style and ensure the Directors portfolio is running smoothly.

We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and we enjoy the challenge of working to meet key priorities and tight deadlines.
- You would provide direct support to an Operations Director responsible for front line visa operations in Christchurch, Porirua, Palmerston North and Hamilton.
- You will be accountable for providing a high level of support to Operations Director and their Heads of Operations in the branch to ensure they are able to effectively perform their role.
- You will use strong relationship management and organisational skills to process assigned tasks and resolve issues.
- You will be customer-focused, flexible, and agile with a positive, proactive approach to your work ensuring tasks are completed to a high level of detail. Ngā pukenga me ngā wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and Experience Required To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
