We are looking for a full time Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team and provide tier 1 Helpdesk and Application Support.

This role will be based in our National Office located in Victoria Street, Wellington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming IT helpdesk calls.
  • Document & track tickets in IT helpdesk system.
  • Provide Tier 1 IT helpdesk support.
  • Support staff to use systems and technologies.
  • User account administration.
  • Asset set up and management.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have:

  • Knowledge of general IT systems including networks, windows desktops and server operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and experience troubleshooting ITrelated problems.
  • Knowledge of both onpremises technologies and cloudbased service particularly MS36
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • An innovative mindset to forward think around our future technology's and alternative approaches.
