ABOUT THE ROLE


Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional L1& L2 system support services to support internal and external clients strategic and operational goals.


DUTIES

  • Provide L1& L2 IT Desktop support.
  • Manage all internal IT request, technical issues, effectively logging, ticketing & escalating as required working to resolve
  • Completing IT service requests and providing IT hardware and support.
  • Fixing IT issues both onsite and via remote support & providing set up and training for internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated high level customer service experience (including dealing with complex information and deescalating conflict)
  • IT asset management & hardware and software installations, maintenance, configurations
  • Provide excellent assistance with setup and training for our new starters.
  • Able to work in a team environment and support the team when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • IT industry and IT service management experience
  • Experienced 1st and 2nd Level Helpdesk /IT support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about excellent customer service
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to managing multiple technologies such as Windows, Azure AD, and experience supporting cloud services.
  • Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong problemsolving & analytical skills
