As the Operations Co-ordinator you will be an integral part of our Medicine and OPR Management Team based at Waikato Hospital.

- Key responsibilities of the role;
- With a wide range of challenge and opportunities you will provide daytoday operational support in the form of project coordination, performance and compliance reporting, coordinating medical recruitment, managing expense reports and a range of other tasks.
- Work closely and collaboratively with our dedicated clinicians to form strong professional relationships and foster an environment of teamwork.

Skills and experience you'll need to be considered for the role:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is committed to making a difference for both our staff and our patients
- Tertiary level qualifications, or working towards a qualification, or equivalent business experience
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to negotiate and positively influence and motivate others
- Ability to assess and make effective decisions under pressure in complex situations and use own judgement to problem solve
- Selfstarter with strong problem solving skills and takes pride in delivering bring your 'can do' with you
- A high level of competency in Microsoft Office, Teams and keen to explore other technical tools at your disposal
