Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
In this exciting and high profile role will have responsibility for the attainment of clinical excellence across our Medicine and OPR directorate.
Working in close partnership with the Operations Director and the wider leadership team, you will drive and deliver the nursing strategy for the Medicine and OPR directorate.
You will be responsible for inspiring, developing, motivating and empowering our nurses to deliver care at the top of their scope, while improving a patient and whanau experience.
