Resolutions Administrator

The Resolutions Administrator is a key member of the team, who will be responsible for handling all customer complaints. You will enjoy hunting out the solution and working with our customers, trades and client.

You will not be afraid to have difficult conversations with stakeholders to get to the crux of the issues for our customers.


When you are not resolving complaints, you will be a team play and work within the wider Responsive Customer Coordinator team in assisting and supporting them in their day to day functions.


You will bring with you a positive attitude, ability to think outside the box and thrive on finding solutions and suitable outcomes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


  • Key duties include but not limited to:_
  • Daily Review of complaints
  • Build positive relationships with customers, trades, and internal team members, to effectively create and reach solutions
  • Meet complaint closure time frames
  • Invoicing
  • Assist Customer Coordinators

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Previous administration experience
  • Building industry knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and client to ensure they understand the outcomes
  • Empathetic but professional approach
  • Strong negation skills


This complex and dynamic environment will require some one who can manage differing challenges, conflicting priorities, and the ability to self-manage your time and workload, while maintaining the Switched-On vision at the forefront.
