**What you’ll do**

This is a leadership role and your primary function for the role of the National Resources Field Production Manager will be to assist the National Resources Manager in the long
- and short-term planning and day to day management of the National Resources Group, providing support to the field-based staff and ensuring delivery of a ‘second to none’ service to our customers. This will include:

- Tamper fleet management
- Support the Infrastructure Measurement Plant
- Administration and reporting Financial administration**What you’ll need**
- Experience working with teams in an operational environment
- Rail Track Maintenance experience
- Leadership skills
- A commitment to a Zero Harm culture
- Ability to travel and stay away for extended periods. Travel Weekly
- Competent in conflict resolution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under time, location, and customer pressure
- Current Full New Zealand Driver’s License. Class 1
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Proven literacy and numeracy skills
- Intermediate level for MS Word, Excel
- Experience with SAP or JD Edwards management systems and SharePoint
- First Aid Qualified
