This role is office based and mainly involves liaising with internal staff, but also involves clients and medical providers via telephone and email, therefore itâs important that youâre comfortable working in an office environment with a high level of administration and communication both via email and telephone.

In this role, you be responsible for:Â
- Claims management of a portfolio of clients
- Management of injury claims to meet the Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation and Wellnzâs commitment to qualityÂ
- Provide support to Case Managers in the implementation and delivery of services to meet SLA and AEP audit standards
- To co-ordinate and facilitate appropriate cover and entitlement services to ensure a timely, efficient and cost effective service is provided, on behalf of clients
- Promote a healthy and safe working environmentÂ
- Identify new business opportunities Â
We would like you to have:
- At least 1 years experience in claims management/or equivalent or 1 years working experience in a relevant health discipline or administration
- Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practiceÂ
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
- Sensitivity to equity, disabilities and various other social and cultural issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and people-first focusedÂ
- Negotiation skills
- Keyboard skills in Word and Excel
- Proven time management and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressureÂ
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Team player
