Since opening in 2022, we've delivered more than 500,000 Ninja Experiences across our Hamilton and Christchurch arenas, blending fitness, fun, and family energy into one giant adventure playground.

Now, we're gearing up for national expansion — launching new outdoor events and experiences under The NinjaVerse, from inflatable fun runs and water festivals to digital fitness adventures.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager (aka National Marketing Ninja) to lead our creative, digital, and community engagement strategy into this next exciting phase.

Your mission

To build New Zealand's most energetic, playful, and loved active-entertainment brand — connecting with families, schools, and communities nationwide.

You'll bring our Born to be Alive purpose to life through strategy, storytelling, and marketing magic.

You'll be doing things like:

  • Developing and executing national marketing campaigns for Ninja Valley and upcoming NinjaVerse spin-offs (Ninja Run, Ninja Town, Ninja Events).
  • Owning the content strategy — from brand storytelling and influencer partnerships to digital ads and community activations.
  • Leading creative direction across all channels (social, web, email, outdoor, PR).
  • Managing budgets, media buying, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Building relationships with schools, sports bodies, and local councils to grow our community impact.
  • Collaborating with our founders, venue managers, and design partners to bring big ideas to life — fast.

You're a high-energy marketer with a creative spark and a knack for turning moments into movements.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have 3–5 years' experience in marketing, brand, or events (agency or in-house).
  • Are hands-on with social media, Meta Ads, and Canva/Creative Suite.
  • Love working in fast-moving, idea-driven environments.
  • Are curious, adaptable, and purpose-driven.
  • Believe that active play can change lives — and want to be part of something bigger.
