About the Role

We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven hospitality leader to take charge of our beverage program and elevate the guest experience across our hotel. This is not just a job - it's an opportunity to own the vibe, craft unforgettable experiences, and drive a team to deliver standout service every single day. You'll be the go-to person for everything drinks, service, and people – making your mark at the heart of one of the most vibrant hospitality teams around.

This role joins our fabulous Food & Beverage team and reports into our F&B Director.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead the beverage program with creativity and precision – from strategy to service.

•    Partner with Sales, Marketing, F&B and Events to bring bold ideas to life and drive business growth.

•    Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate Front of House team, with a strong focus on service, performance, and fun.

•    Keep standards sky-high across bar and floor operations, ensuring every guest experience is seamless.

•    Master the back-end: POS systems, cost control, stock management, and operational procedures.

•    Be hands-on and present – stepping in during service to lead the floor when it matters most.

•    Drive a culture of excellence, cleanliness, and compliance, with a sharp eye on WHS, sustainability, and food safety.

Who We're Looking For

You'll have:

•    A current Bar Managers License and a sharp sense of professional presentation

•    The ability to lead with confidence, warmth, and integrity

•    A natural talent for building rapport and trust with both guests and team

•    Exceptional communication skills and a calm head under pressure

•    A genuine "let's make it happen" mindset and a willingness to grow
