Heartland Fruit NZ is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure facilities, standards and processes are capable of meeting customer and regulatory authority's requirements across the business.

Reporting to the Heartland Fruit Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for:

  • Providing clear and strategic guidance and expertise in all Quality matters
  • Development, implementation and management of all Quality systems
  • Leading organisation wide cultural standards in the areas of Food Safety & Quality
  • Maintaining documentation of processes to an exemplary level
  • Quality Assurance, Systems and Compliance
  • Re-authoring and documentation of Quality Policy and SOP's

You will be effective at internal relationship building and at ease working alongside management and staff operating across orchards, cool storage, pack house and shipping environments. The organisational culture and structure at Heartland also means you get to work in all levels of the business.
