We're seeking expressions of interest for the Role of Project Manager. This role will cover a multitude of different types of projects needing to be covered including Commercial, Residential, Shop Fit-outs.

The role will also be expected to look after our maintenance team contracts as well, where some experience in pricing small jobs will be beneficial.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Manage Construction Projects from Pre-Construction, through and Post Construction

Collate builders pack for the Foreman to run onsite project smoothly

Sub-contractor procurement

Liaise with the Construction Manager to ensure good communications between site and office

Attend regular site meetings

Provide regular construction reports for the client

Approve invoices

Maintain programme updates between both client and sub-contractors

RFI Communications to clients and sub-contractors

Collate compliance paperwork and upload to relevant council

Prepare handover documentation

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years experience in the Construction Industry, preferably with some Project Management within that

Experience in pricing small jobs

A company vehicle will be provided along with laptop and phone. Salary will be based on experience and skill set
