Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, your day-to-day will look like:

  • Leading essential growth partnerships that enhance profitability and performance by focusing on key activities to boost engagement.
  • Focusing on performance driven strategies and activities designed to increase partner engagement and collaboration.
  • Having a results-oriented approach, with an emphasis on fostering high impact relationships that align with Tower's strategic goals.
  • Identifying new and onboarding partnerships opportunities and enhance the efficiency of existing collaborations to stimulate growth.
  • Representing Tower in various associations elevating brand visibility, while fostering and maintaining strong internal relationships within the organization.
  • Ensuring adherence to risk management and compliance requirements as outlined in each partnership agreement.

In the first 6-12 months, success will look like:

  • Driving the achievement of financial targets for both new and existing partnerships, while nurturing partnerships at corporate and individual levels.
  • Setting, monitoring and aligning goals for each partnership, customised to their advisers and employees.
  • Scheduling regular monthly or quarterly meetings with key contacts to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Leading and supporting the Account Manager role, focusing on building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to achieve high sales conversion rates, positioning Tower as the preferred partner and insurer for these partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, servicing, claims, and customer complaint resolution teams, to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Actively contributing to the partnership management team, taking part in financial management, risk management, and engagement efforts.
  • Gathering feedback from both partners and customers to continually improve and provide a simple, rewarding customer experience.
  • Being a role model of Tower values day-to-day behaviours and actions.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid knowledge of customer management systems, reporting tools and processes
  • Experience in training and coaching other to enhance performance
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking and insurance practices in the market
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Act as a leader and coach, fostering a customer-centric culture while managing and developing the newly created Account Manager role to support the MD and other KPMs.
  • Leverage performance data from various sources (CRM, BI Reporting and Technical insights) to maintain performance, ensuring exceptional partner interactions
  • Support their growth by guiding them towards the next level of career advancement with partnership, providing opportunities for development and mentorship to help them achieve their professional goals
