As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the commercial engine behind our customer success. You'll build strong partnerships, lead joint business plans, and bring data-driven insights to every conversation. Your ability to plan strategically, negotiate smartly, and execute brilliantly will ensure our brands continue to win in market.
You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, KAM, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver seamless campaigns, flawless launches, and exceptional results.
What you'll do
Develop and execute account plans that deliver on sales, margin, and category growth
Lead customer negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade investments
Partner with Marketing, Sales and Brand to bring category strategies and NPD launches to life
Build trusted relationships with key buyers, category managers, and retail leaders
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, challenges, and new growth drivers
Lead joint business reviews with insight, clarity, and commercial confidence
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong in-store presence
Track spend, ROI, and results to ensure every dollar delivers impact
What you'll bring
3–5 years' experience in FMCG or healthcare account management or sales
Proven ability to grow brands and deliver commercial results
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, backed by a data-led approach
Confidence working with major retail customers (e.g. Green Cross Health)
Excellent communication and influencing skills — you build trust fast
A strategic mindset with hands-on energy and a passion for execution
A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field
