Our Asset Finance Managers build and grow key partner relationships, delivering exceptional service through innovation, technology, and deep market expertise.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team of industry experts. You will collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to driving strong performance in the Asset Finance broker division. Building and maintaining partnerships will be at the heart of what you do—ensuring seamless, end-to-end experiences for our customers. Together, we will make Kiwibank the go-to choice in the market.

You will be a relationship-focused banker who loves delivering great outcomes for customers and making a meaningful impact every day.

  • Proven experience in asset finance lending or business/commercial banking
  • Solid understanding of credit risk and financial analysis - confident in managing credit assessments and guiding customers through the onboarding process
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Experienced in building and maintaining meaningful partnerships that drive positive outcomes
