Are you passionate about building brands that truly connect with consumers and driving results? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy, innovation, and performance across skincare and personal care brands in New Zealand and international markets.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where creativity meets strategy. You'll lead brand planning, product innovation, and campaign execution to drive category growth in New Zealand and support international expansion across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with business goals and consumer insights.

·       Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch across retail and e-commerce channels.

·       Deliver integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across digital and traditional media.

·       Partner with R&D, supply chain, and agency teams to ensure seamless execution and commercial success.

·       Manage joint promotions and campaigns with major NZ retail partners.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to guide strategy and innovation.

·       Oversee budgets and evaluate campaign performance to maximise ROI.

·       Build strong relationships with key retailers and external partners to enhance visibility and growth.

About You

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· years' experience in skincare, beauty, or personal care marketing, with proven success leading New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch across retail and e-commerce channels.

·       Strong background in brand or category marketing with demonstrated commercial results.

·       Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

·       Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Collaborative and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders — including R&D, supply chain, external agencies, and commercial partners — to deliver seamless brand execution.

·       A positive, can-do attitude — willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved at every level; no task is too small in this hands-on, fast-moving team.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Passionate about consumer brands, innovation, and delivering measurable business growth..
