Chinese Marketing & Supplier Liaison (Part-Time / Contract)

We're looking for a motivated, positive person to join our team and help us build strong relationships with our Chinese suppliers and audiences.

About the role:

This is a hands-on, part-time role where you'll help us communicate with our Chinese suppliers and manage some of our online marketing. You'll play a key part in keeping our vendors informed, connected, and happy, while also helping us grow our presence on Chinese social media.

What you'll do:

• Communicate directly with our Chinese vendors on behalf of our team
• Introduce us to new vendors and clearly relay information both ways
• Manage and grow our presence on Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu)
• Assist with supplier contracts and maintaining good relationships
• Capture and upload high-quality photos for Instagram and other platforms
• Spread good energy and represent our brand in a positive, friendly way

Hours & details:

• Short-term contract with the potential to extend for the right person
• Around 2–3 hours each afternoon, 4–5 days per week (flexible)
• Perfect for a university student or someone looking for part-time work

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and strong understanding of English
• Confident communicator with good attention to detail
• Able to take and upload high-quality photos
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
