We are looking for a bilingual Arabic/English-speaking Travel Agent Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel and the tourism industry, enjoys engaging with people from around the world, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate and adapt marketing materials, website content, and social media posts into Arabic.
  • Support the marketing team in growing Viva's presence in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Assist the sales team with client enquiries and reservations.
  • Sell New Zealand as a destination by creating tailored itineraries and providing expert travel advice.
  • Handle airfare bookings and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and booking process.

Essential Skills & Attributes
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – essential.
  • A genuine passion for travel and interest in the tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and learn quickly.
  • Experience in travel sales, reservations, or ticketing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand tourism products preferred, but not essential.
