Cosmetic Sales Representative / Offline Marketing Support

East Jade Ltd – Auckland

We are East Jade Ltd, the official New Zealand importer and distributor of leading K-Beauty brands, including Dashing Diva NZ and Ariul (NZ & AU).

We also operate P.boo, our own online K-Beauty retail platform that brings the best of Korean skincare and cosmetics to NZ consumers.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

While the main focus of this role is sales, you will also support our offline marketing activities — including in-store promotions, event coordination, and point-of-sale material management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits and check-ins with existing pharmacy and retail clients in the Auckland region.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through store visits and phone outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.

  • Support offline marketing initiatives such as:

  • Organising in-store displays and promotional events

  • Managing sampling campaigns and POS materials
  • Coordinating brand visibility and local marketing activations
  • Occasional nationwide travel may be required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous sales experience preferred (cosmetic or FMCG industry a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Full New Zealand driver's licence required (company vehicle provided).
  • Fluent English required. Korean language skills are an advantage as we collaborate closely with Korean partners.

About You

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in Korean beauty products.

Experience in cosmetics or retail merchandising is advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and creating brand presence through hands-on marketing and field sales.

You'll be part of a small, passionate team launching new products and expanding our beauty footprint across New Zealand.
