Sales and Service Administrator – Manukau

What You'll Do:

  • Be the bubbly face and voice of the business
  • Engage with customers over the phone and in person, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and track orders. Making sure orders are accurately entered and progress is communicated effectively to meet customer expectations.
  • Scheduling and coordinating sales orders, helping the manufacturing processes to run smoothly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and sales.

What We're After:

  • Experience with sales order entry in a busy environment. Experience in a customer service/sales administration role.
  • A person with a strong customer focus, who is self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good computer skills using MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel & Word. Great with numbers and accurate order entry. ERP experience is desirable.
