Academic Registry delivers a range of key services and support functions to students and internal stakeholders at Manukau Institute of Technology. The Registry Administrators are important roles which provide services to students, administrative and academic staff, service centres and other stakeholders.
Our reputation hinges on the calibre of people appointed to these roles.
At times it will be your job to support student enrolment, sometimes academic programme development, sometimes graduation. You will do a broad range of other things and you will love getting out into the wider Institute and working with your peers. In this role, you will play to your strengths.
You may have worked in the education sector before, or you might come from another public sector service organisation. Either way you will have experienced change and or improvement processes in your working life and you won't be phased if you are asked to change the way you work. You will enjoy improving and implementing streamlined administrative processes and you will come with strong set of professional values.
You'll need the ability to work well under pressure and cope with the demands of a busy work life. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to be successful in this varied and stimulating environment.
