PB Tech is looking for a Sales Support who has a genuine passion for technology products to join our friendly Sales Support team in our Manukau head office

The role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with product knowledge or any questions they may have.
  • General administration support duties such as managing inbound and outbound calls, dealing with incoming emails, and etc.
  • To process customers' orders and quotations in efficiently and accurately.
  • To update product information.
  • Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services.
  • Manage any necessary follow-up actions required to facilitate a timely response.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

  • A genuine passion for technology products.
  • Excellent computer hardware and software knowledge. A hard-core gamer is a plus
  • Good general knowledge of common business orientated I.T. products and solutions with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
  • Excellent e-mail writing skills and ability in handling high volume of emails.
  • A people person – bubbly, enthusiastic, and a great team player.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency skills.
