Parkwood Doors is a large family-owned business that's been around for over 30 years. We are seeking to increase our workforce in our Customer Service team. We have a cohesive team working towards the common goals of providing an all inclusive service to our valued customers.

The job:

  • We are looking for a permanent, full time customer support person - Monday to Friday, but are open to discussing your situation
  • Typing up customer orders in our CRM software
  • Communicating with customers on the phone and via email
  • Other general customer service and admin tasks, as required
  • Providing our customers support around our products and services
  • Helping our customers achieve success with their door and hardware requests
  • Helping resolve customer queries quickly and effectively, driving customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with co-workers and customers

About you:

  • You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have a practical mindset to assist customers with arising issues
  • You can apply yourself to learn our products and services intimately
  • You have strong communication skills which allow you to effectively guide our customers with the products and services they need
  • You have the ability to prioritise effectively and handle shifting needs in a fast-paced environment
  • You are willing to learn and are comfortable using new systems and processes, and able to follow proven procedures and policies
  • You have a high communication skillset - verbal and written
  • Most importantly, you enjoy working in a close team environment with a supportive and respectful culture
