Are you a creative marketer with a passion for travel? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to take the lead in shaping and promoting our brands across multiple channels.

In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences, and work closely with stakeholders to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple brands with a focus on ROI.
  • Manage budgets and marketing calendars, coordinating activities across social media, eDMs, AdWords, Google Analytics, press, and promotions.
  • Protect and grow brand identity, ensuring consistent positioning across all channels.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, media, and suppliers.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to guide strategy and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Create engaging content to keep brands relevant and competitive.

All About You

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Graphic Design.
  • Experience with InDesign is a plus (but not essential).
  • You're confident with Google AdWords and Google Analytics, with recent hands-on experience preferred.
  • You're a whizz with Meta advertising and engaging community across social platforms.
  • You're a strong communicator and presenter, able to connect with different audiences.
  • You thrive on time management, juggling multiple projects with ease.
  • A background in the travel industry will be highly regarded.
