We're looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing travel marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a digital generalist who enjoys working across email marketing (eDM), paid media, social media, and analytics.

You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll be supported by a hands-on Marketing Manager. What you will typically be doing:

• Drive the planning, execution, and reporting of email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, automations, A/B testing)
• Execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms
• Manage and schedule organic social media content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4 and platform-specific dashboards
• Collaborate with the content team to brief and QA assets for digital campaigns
• Keeping a pulse on current digital advertising and taking the initiative to refresh when needed
• Support audience segmentation, CRM hygiene, and customer journey mapping

What you need to bring to the table to be successful:

• 2+ years in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role
• Working knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Drip, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for travel and digital storytelling
• A natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• The capacity to focus on solutions, not problems
• The aptitude to recognise and accept the pace in which evolution occurs

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with SEO
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
