Mount Wellington, New Zealand Crown Infrastructure Delivery Limited Full time

We're looking for a proactive and professional to assist in the successful delivery of key projects across our portfolio.

Ko wai mātou | About our Company

Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) is a Crown-owned company charged with leading and supporting Government infrastructure projects and programmes across Aotearoa.

Since being repurposed in 2023, our focus has been on supporting the Crown by providing business case development, project management, and delivery services. This includes delivering national infrastructure projects and programmes for a range of government agencies—particularly those with limited internal delivery capacity and capability.

We take on day-to-day responsibility for procurement, design, and delivery of infrastructure and property projects. Our teams in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland pride themselves on managing health and safety, budgets, timeframes, and scope rigorously to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.

We also ensure end-user expectations are front of mind and that projects deliver value-for-money for the Crown. Our overarching objective is to improve the consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency of Crown infrastructure delivery.

A core focus of this role is ensuring that project processes and principles are well understood by all stakeholders, and that essential project documentation is accurately maintained and effectively managed in collaboration with the Project Support Office.

You'll provide high-quality administrative and project support to the delivery team—enabling them to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes that meet scope, budget, and safety expectations.

Support the coordination and delivery of government infrastructure and construction projects.

· Familiarity with Health & Safety inspections and reporting requirements.

· Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

· Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to interpret and work with data.

· Experience using project management software and tools.
