**Over the last four decades, Precision Construction (PCL) has built a highly reputable brand and market position in high-end residential housing, high-volume residential construction, and light commercial construction for a broad spectrum of clients, including land developers, Kāinga Ora and individual homeowners across Auckland and Mangawhai.**

We are searching for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join PCL's close-knit, fun and knowledgeable QS team.

Working closely with the Project Administrator and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the projects across sites and clients from start to finish, giving you a huge variety and scope to develop your career continually.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Leading and managing your own project, end to end
- Ensuring accurate and effective pricing of all jobs
- Management of the QS process, including the procurement process
- Responsible for active job performance tracking by analysing reports regularly to ensure targets are met
- Liaising with and responding to Project Managers on job variations submitted
- Drive efficient, automated business system development and streamline processes to maximise QS productivity and accuracy.

**About you**:

- 3-5 years of residential construction experience as a QS
- Sound understanding of relevant building codes and standards.
- Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to consistently deliver to high standards on time.
- Solid attention to detail and result driven.
- Ability to work in a team and share your knowledge with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expert user of Word, Excel and Visio. Workbench accounting system knowledge an advantage.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
