About This Opportunity
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll provide exceptional service by identifying their needs and delivering solutions as well as building engaging relationships with customers to maximise growth and retention opportunities.

Our team operates Monday to Friday from 7am – 5pm, with a range of flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle . We have multiple casual opportunities and have flexibility on duration and shift availability.

In this role you will:

  • Use your outstanding communication skills to engage with customers via phone and email, identifying their needs and delivering solutions.
  • Build engaging relationships with customers to extend their loyalty with SilverChef and maximize the opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture that values teamwork, feedback, and collaboration.
  • Adapt to customers needs and situations with flexibility and resourcefulness, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Looking to leverage your previous customer service/sales abilities to make a difference for our customers
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment
