We're gearing up for our busiest period with summer around the corner and require superstar Customer Service Travel Consultants to work as part of the team to represent the Marlborough region assisting visitors with their New Zealand travel arrangements.

As the consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery to our visitors, while displaying strong customer service skills, and a passion for Marlborough

Here's a snapshot of what may keep you busy:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the isite Visitor centres
  • Handling incoming calls, general enquires, and any onsite activity
  • Selling and making bookings on visitor's behalf for attractions, accommodation and transport.
  • Keep retail stocked in the centre.
  • Maintain isite New Zealand's Standards
    Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment

This role is based predominantly from our Picton isite, with a minimum of two days per week including a weekend day.

This role requires someone with:

  • Experience in customer service
  • A passion for Marlborough
  • Previous travel experience.
  • Sales or selling skills experience.
  • Eligible New Zealand working rights
  • Flexibility to undertake various tasks
  • A positive attitude, and (ideally) a good sense of humour
  • Initiative, self-motivation and who can work well under pressure
  • Has the ability to work over Christmas/ New Year and weekends (to support the team with peak visitor numbers).
