The Port is in a significant period of operational growth, coupled with major capital programmes. Within their growing organisation they have the opportunity for a Property Coordinator to provide dedicated customer service, system administration and operational support to their residential and commercial tenants.
This permanent fulltime role will focus on ensuring accurate and efficient administration of the quality systems and processes for their property portfolio and take responsibility for maintaining systems, updating data and records and providing relevant and timely reporting.
This role will suit a strong administrator who enjoys engaging with people and has the ability to build positive and productive working relationships. With excellent literacy skills, a good eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right, you’ll have an appetite for delivering systematic and reliable administration support. You’ll have a positive outlook and will be well-humoured, and willing to pitch in and do what is required in support of the wider team.
