We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Auckland City Toyota, Mt Wellington.

We're looking for an organised and motivated leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven background in parts operations within a dealership environment. You'll be responsible for managing the parts department, driving performance, supporting your team, and ensuring exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and motivate the parts team to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage parts inventory, ordering, and stock control efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop, sales, and external trade customers
  • Ensure compliance with distributor standards and warranty processes
  • Monitor and achieve department targets and KPIs
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to dealership management
  • Promote a professional, customer-focused culture across the department

You'll ideally have…

  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A disciplined, process-driven approach to parts operations
  • A focus on continuous improvement and developing your team
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
