The Opportunity

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, Sales & Customer Support (Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter) who is looking for a platform to establish themselves within a supportive environment.

Working as part of a broader customer sales team (across Aust. & NZ) and reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead, you will enjoy building relationships across a diverse customer base including key accounts, distributors, workshops and general consumers.

Your common- sense approach, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and support the team as required will be critical to your success.

Working proactively in a fast-paced work environment, you will;

  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers (phone/email)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Administer returns and goods requests with processing of required documentation
  • Handle return stock (manual handling of product involved)
  • Enter customer orders and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain product and technical knowledge on a regular basis

What we are looking for

A self-starter, who is outcome driven you take great pride in providing excellent customer service. Ideally you will also have;

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (Automotive Aftermarket Retail or Industrial industry is preferred)
  • Demonstrated aptitude to understand and convey technical information in a simple manner
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel), working knowledge of Pronto would be advantageous
  • Action oriented, curious mind and eager to learn with an ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills
  • Customer-centric with a solution focus approach
