Auto Distributors New Zealand (ADNZ) – the official importer of Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Smart, LEAPMOTOR, is expanding its operations and looking for a skilled Parts Dealer Support team member to join our Mt Wellington team.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the ADNZ parts operation running smoothly. You'll manage the flow of parts from factory to dealer, liaise with suppliers, and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Placing and processing air and sea freight orders with suppliers
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely deliveries
  • Downloading and processing supplier invoices and shipment documents
  • Tracking and updating backorders, providing ETA information to dealers
  • Processing dealer invoices, credit requests, and supplier claims
  • Monitoring 3PL warehouse stock levels and daily pick reports
  • Investigating discrepancies, damaged goods, and mis-picks
  • Reporting on supplier performance, packaging quality, and inventory KPIs

About You

You'll bring:

  • Automotive Parts Experience
  • Experience in inventory, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with systems (ERP or inventory management systems)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
  • Full, clean NZ driver's licence and the right to work in New Zealand
