Auckland City Toyota Mt Wellington is a high-performing Toyota supersite, supporting a large retail footprint and significant workshop operations. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Trade Parts Manager to lead and grow our trade parts operation.

About the Role

As our Trade Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance, development, and day-to-day running of our trade parts business. You will take ownership of trade sales growth, build strong relationships with workshops and repairers, and ensure Auckland City Toyota remains the preferred partner for genuine Toyota parts across the region.

This is a pivotal leadership role that supports our supersite's broader parts operations. You will collaborate with parts leadership, ensure efficient stock and delivery processes, and champion an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the trade parts division, ensuring service levels, sales, and margin targets are met.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with trade customers and industry partners.
  • Oversee pricing, quoting, stock flow, fulfilment accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
  • Work closely with dealership leadership to align trade activity with supersite operational goals.
  • Mentor and support team members to foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
  • Analyse trade performance and implement initiatives to support growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold Toyota brand standards and ensure consistent, professional service delivery.
