Are you an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for making systems run smoothly? Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day finance functions within a busy environment. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to add real value to the organisation.

About the Role

As Finance Manager, you'll ensure the smooth running of all core financial processes, with oversight across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and monthly reporting. You'll also play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving systems, and providing accurate and timely financial information to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cashflow management
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports for leadership and the Board
  • Maintain and improve internal systems, controls, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations
  • Partner with staff and leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and advisors as required

Key Attributes Include:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reporting processes
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
