We are
looking for a Branch Manager to lead our talented Whanganui team

As a Branch
Manager you will play a key role in leading a dedicated team to achieve branch
targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for
managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the overall success of the branch.

About you:

  • Extensive finance industry experience in all areas
    including lending, credit management and administration.
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving, numerical and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of
    meeting and exceeding targets

On a daily
basis you will:

  • Drive branch performance.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that
    clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.
  • Provide great customer outcomes.
