We are seeking a specialist Finance Business Partner to provide essential financial advice, analysis, and support to management teams, ensuring timely and informed decision-making and financial accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Regional and Area Management Teams to develop strategies for financial efficiency and sustainability.
  • Lead the development of the annual budget, operational plans, and financial forecasts.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and accurate reporting of monthly performance to Managers.
  • Evaluate financial proposals, new services, and new support opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee financial services provided to the people we support.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting for non-financial managers.
  • Strong understanding of Not-for-Profit financial management and management accounting principles.
  • Proven experience in in-depth financial analysis and reporting development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary Qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Business and a Full Driver's Licence.
