At Numa Skin & Body Club, we're redefining what self-care feels like.

As New Zealand's first membership-based skin and body gym, we combine advanced facial treatments with wellness rituals like infrared sauna, LED therapy, and cold plunge - all within a design-led, grounding space in the heart of Wellington.

We're looking for Receptionist / Beauty Therapist - someone who brings both warmth and excellence to everything they do.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves people, has an eye for detail, and believes in creating experiences that leave clients feeling seen, cared for, and confident.

What You'll Do

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of Numa -from client greetings to phone calls and emails
  • Manage bookings, memberships, and treatment schedules with efficiency and care
  • Support the team in delivering a seamless client journey
  • Perform beauty treatments (facials, massages, etc.) aligned with your training and experience
  • Maintain our calming, high-standard environment with pride and professionalism

Who You Are

  • Experienced in front-of-house, spa coordination, or receptionist roles
  • Beauty Therapist
  • Confident managing bookings, calls, and client communication
  • Warm, articulate, and passionate about people and skincare
  • Professional in presence, detail-oriented in work ethic, and kind in nature
  • Excited to grow with a team setting new standards for wellness in New Zealand
