About you

Due to our continued success, we are seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join our team over the busy Summer period on a Fixed Term contract - Dec May 2026.

You are a customer service superstar who is fun, energetic, with a can-do attitude and can juggle multiple tasks at once. You like to be challenged and have a natural ability to work with a clear head under pressure.

You will have the following attributes:

  • Be an energetic, people person that isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Have a high standard of customer care
  • Ability to learning new software (we use IBIS and Genesys)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to work with a clear head under pressure, as this is a safety critical role

About the role

Based at NZONE Skydive at Jacks Point, this is a varied role that involves taking care of our customers pre and post skydive requirements. It includes airside duties, processing payments, getting customers geared up and ready for their skydive, and much much more

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers on arrival at the drop zone and giving information on their pending Skydive
  • Completing customer check-ins and safety briefings
  • Taking care of our customers pre and post skydive, including assisting with their skydive gear
  • Actively selling and upselling all skydive options
  • Dealing directly with customers and booking agents, responding to queries and making bookings
  • Processing payments
  • Generating flight manifests in accordance with CAA regulations
  • Other airside duties including refueling the aircraft, flight following and parachute catching

Previous experience working within the skydiving or aviation industries is an advantage, but not essential. Full on the job training will be provided.

Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
