Crowne Plaza Queenstown is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the heart of New Zealand's South Island.  Our 4.5-star hotel is looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our friendly and professional team.

Your day-to-day

As aGuest Services Agent your duties will include greeting guests, checking them in & out of the hotel using OPERA, and ensuring our guests receive a high-quality experience during their stay.

Whether a guest comes to the desk or calls reception, you'll ensure guest requests are actioned quickly by the appropriate department. You'll also provide them with information on the hotel, including our services & food offering, and appropriate information on Queenstown.

A key part of your role is ensuring our IHG One Rewards Loyalty members are recognized and receive the Loyalty awards they are entitled to.

What we need from you

  • As the face of the hotel, you must always be presentable and provide our signature True Hospitality service to guests
  • Prior customer service experience in Hospitality or a similar role
  • Physically fit and able to stand on your feet for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a range of shift times and days - including weekends, public holidays.
  • Willingness to assist other team members and departments.
  • Full New Zealand Driver's License
