Once known as the ‘Postie', the new world of mail and parcel delivery means that as a Delivery Agent you are the “go to” person for customers on your round, answering questions and resolving or escalating issues.
This isn't your average job We are pretty flexible when it comes to the days and hours. We can offer you early mornings for mail sorting duties, and split shifts if you have other commitments during the day. You might only be looking for work a few days a week or can be available full time. Whatever your circumstances, we are keen to hear about what works for you and see if can work for us too. This is a great way to balance work and lifestyle, earn extra money and meet other likeminded people.
So, what will you be doing?
- You'll work alongside a dedicated team to process and sort mail from our Frankton branch, before going it alone out on your delivery route, using an E-bike,Motorcycle or on foot
- Delivering regardless of the weather, rain, hail or shine - you need to be hardy
We are looking for people who love to get the job done Can you tick off the following?
- A minimum of a restricted or full NZ Driver's License or learners motorcycle licence (talk to us about how we can help you get your motorcycle licence)
- Be ready for a physically demanding role - our Delivery Agents are really fit and deliver for the customer rain or shine
- Have a high level of numeracy and literacy - so you can get all that addressing information sorted
- Ensure your own and the health and safety of your colleagues
- Going the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- And above all, a passion for doing a great job and getting it right each and every time
