What you will be doing

This role will be a technical business analyst, familiar with dealing with complex construction projects and will be responsible for working with designers and project team members to break down the project designs, programmes and separable packages to assist in determining Digital scope, budget and programme.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to analyse construction designs to specify scope, develop technology scope, develop user requirements, develop scope through project change, and enable efficient planning through current planning data. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative, high-impact projects that shape the company's digital landscape.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritisation of business requirements for high-impact digital projects across the Infrastructure domain
  • Interpret construction drawings to develop scope quantities, cost estimation and capacity planning inputs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process and technology transformation and efficiency
  • Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure and digital teams to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications. Ensure that proposed solutions are user-centric and aligned with business strategy
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to project governance and reporting
  • System configuration such as flight information displays and passenger information screens.
  • Actively contribute to the development of innovative approaches that enhance organizational capabilities

What you'll bring to the role

To ensure your success in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on digital initiatives in construction
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and trends
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and understanding of Project Management and software development principles and lifecycles
  • Business process modelling and workflow analysis
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills and solutions focussed approach
  • Interest and experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve productivity and streamline business processes in processes is desirable.
