This is a high-impact role in an area critical to delivering our purpose of making Kiwi better off and enabling our growth aspirations.  You'll lead the analysis and work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, shape processes, and ensure successful implementation of a connected ecosystem of platforms, processes, and experiences that support both Business and Retail customer journeys; from early marketing engagements to active lead conversion, customer onboarding, and supporting customers to grow through their various life stages. From facilitating workshops to coaching other analysts, you'll be central to driving innovation, how we utilise data to unlock actionable insights and leveraging evolving AI capabilities to better engage with customers at the right time with the right message and in the right channel and reduce complexity for our customer facing team. You'll also play a key role in agile squads, supporting testing and delivery, and contributing to Kiwibank's transformation journey.

For this role we're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, continuous improvement and translating business needs into actionable outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to lead business analysis across discovery, design, and delivery phases
• Strong understanding of data needs, data analysis, data mapping & data modelling
• Experienced in eliciting and documenting user stories and requirements collaboratively
• Confident in supporting testing and delivery in agile environments
• Experienced in Salesforce implementation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills  
• Proficient in business process improvement and documentation  
• Experienced in coaching and developing other BAs
• Banking domain knowledge (preferred but not essential)
