Right now, we're looking for a Senior BA with experience working across data management and governance. You'll be helping Kiwibank introduce new data management practices across the bank, and support teams in their stewardship of data and metadata.

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and deliver high-quality analysis that drives key transformation initiatives at Kiwibank. In this senior role, you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to design and implement effective solutions, whether launching new products or enhancing existing ones. You'll be responsible for gathering and documenting business, technical, and operational requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

For this role we're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes, and translating business needs into actionable outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in some of the following:

• Extensive experience in business analysis roles
• Strong capability in business process improvement and transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• A understanding of data management fundamentals, such as Data Governance, Data Quality, or Metadata Management. 
• Experience working with data management processes, including a proactive data governance programme or within a modern data platform 
• An appreciation of the value that well-managed data delivers to an organisation, and the ability to demonstrate this in your day-to-day work. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team. 
• A commercially astute, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement. 
• A team-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced and complex environment.
