Overview
Our forward thinking financial services client is looking to grow their digital product team, your expertise as a Senior Business Analyst will help shape the future of financial services. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between diverse stakeholder needs and technical solutions. As part of an agile team, you'll tackle a variety of tasks-from spearheading small enhancements on web, mobile apps, and CRM systems to managing larger projects involving system replacements and migrations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure a shared understanding of intended outcomes, driving our projects toward success.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably with some experience in a financial services environment
  • Experience in digital and future focused projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Experience in collaborating with third-party IT suppliers in an outsourced environment
  • Ability to reverse engineer specification documents and provide direction to junior team members
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management techniques
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with customer journey mapping and client experience (CX) strategies
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries
  • Previous experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the financial services sector

Other Requirements

  • Flexibility to work in our office three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday as core days, while accommodating project needs
  • The ability to innovate and present information in new and engaging ways
