The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of generating new business, primarily through phone-based outreach. Your mission will be to identify and connect with C-level executives – including board secretaries, personal assistants, and CEOs – to book high-quality meetings for the Business Development Managers. You'll be supported with a steady flow of prospects from the CRM, but will also have the autonomy and encouragement to uncover your own leads.

This role offers a clear pathway for progression into a Business Development Manager (BDM) position, where you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate the company's platform to clients directly. You'll work as part of a close-knit and supportive team, thriving in an environment that values shared success and professional growth.
