- We are seeking the services of an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Development Representative to set formal sales meetings with potential new customers.

Our organisation provides Managed IT support to Auckland-based Small Businesses.

**About The Role**
As a Sales Development Representative, you play the critical first step in helping us achieve our mission. Your role is to develop new leads, and educate them about the benefit of our services, and translate this into a formal sales appointment accompanied by one of our managers.
Your day-to-day will look something like this:

- Establish a warm, honest connection with your leads by championing our services.
- Convert warm leads into formal sales appointments.
- Engage with our Managers and Technical Team regularly, this relationship is crucial for our success, so you will be actively working together daily.

Initial and ongoing training will be provided on our range of support services and systems.

**About You**
You will also have:

- 1 - 2 years’ experience in equivalent sales, call centre or similar role
- A genuine love of talking to people.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Strong rapport and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle knockbacks.
- IT literacy and ability to describe technology systems.
- A NZ Driver license and access to a vehicle.
