We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse Coordinator to join our Christchurch-based team. You'll be at the heart of our New Zealand operations, ensuring every Shakti order is picked, packed, and dispatched with the care, speed, and precision our customers expect.

Reporting to the Operations Team, you'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory flow, and uphold a high standard of organisation and safety in our warehouse space. This is a role for someone who can work autonomously, takes pride in doing things right, loves working in a physical, fast-paced environment, and understands that every parcel we send is a reflection of our brand and values.

Daily Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy, care, and efficiency.
• Process all orders within shipping cut-off times and service standards.
• Maintain high standards for packaging and quality control.
• Manage label printing and shipping via Shopify and courier platforms (NZ Post, DHL).
• Communicate any order delays or stock issues to the Ecommerce or Customer Service teams.

Inventory Management & Stock Handling

• Receive and check incoming stock shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low or fast-moving items.
• Support warehouse layout optimisation and seasonal stock adjustments.

Warehouse Organisation & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure packaging and dispatch supplies are fully stocked.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Assist with logistics for product shoots, events, or special projects.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with the Operations, Customer Service, and Ecommerce teams for seamless fulfilment.
• Look for ways to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Represent Shakti's values through teamwork, pride, and reliability in every task.

• Experienced in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environments.
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and movement.
• Confident working independently and managing daily priorities.
• Familiar with Shopify, courier systems, or inventory management tools.
• Positive, proactive, and team-minded — willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
